As trained coach, mindfulness practitioner and passionate human being, I will be your partner in this transition journey. Under the globally recognised standards of the International Coaching Federation, you will be able to look towards new horizons of personal and/or professional development. Coaching is a practice that helps to tap into your own hidden potential, releasing new energy to shape the world around you in a more mindful, aligned and sustainable manner. Bring back community, nature and a dynamic attitude into your daily life!

With my fresh perspectives and daring attitude, I will gently but firmly support you in your discovery journey with regards to your role in the world. I am convinced that you have all the answers you need within you to bring back purpose and deeper connection. However, we often focus our attention on other things than the relevant questions to ask. Our blind spots can impede us seeing new perspectives. This will be my job as your coach: to ask you the ground-breaking questions that can trigger new clearsight for you to move onwards with new energy, passion and flow.

The duration of the journey is generally 12h, streched over several weeks or months. We will discuss these modalities and the customization of your programme during the first session.
